Caremark (Welwyn & Hatfield) has just announced that they have employed their very first Field Care Supervisor. Elaine Phillips is an experienced and well respected Carer whose new responsibilities include spot checking and supporting Caremark Care Workers and ensuring Client Satisfaction. Caremark have been providing Home Care to Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, St Albans, Harpenden and surrounding areas since February and are fast becoming a well respected and reliable Domiciliary Care Agency. “We are very excited about employing a Field Care Supervisor” says Lawrence Hart, Director “It takes some of the responsibility away from my Care Manager Melinda. Now she can spend more time ensuring our other quality control systems run smoothly”. Both Lawrence and Melinda are qualified nurses. Caremark employs a team of local Carers who are fully vetted and trained to deliver premium care to people who wish to remain living in their own homes. Caremark, itself is part of a growing national network of offices. Elaine is said to be delighted at becoming Field Care Supervisor and looks forward to the challenges ahead as the company grows and develops.
